Yes! All of our jewellery is lovingly handmade by Irina in our York (UK) studio and we pride ourselves on a high quality finish. You can find out more information about our team on the Our Story page.

We use a selection of metal components (as stainless steel, zinc alloy and sterling silver) and a combination of sustainably sourced mother of pearl, natural pearls and cubic zirconia depending on the piece. Further information can be found at description of each jewellery.

We aim to have all of our main collection pieces restocked every couple of weeks. You can sign up to a back in stock alert on the product page too! For limited edition collections, we may only make a certain number of pieces. Once these have sold out, unfortunately we won't be able to restock.

Yes. We are always happy to take on commissions, they can be as simple as an adaption to an existing style such as special colour or length. Or a completely new design, simply contact us via email: info.irinasjewelry@gmail.com to discuss specifications and receive a price quote.

Yes! We have created a collection of designs with clip-on. Please find the collection here. Unfortunately, not all our earrings are able to accommodate clip-on backs but we will do our best to have as many pieces available as possible.

Yes, we can wrap it up for you. When you're at My Card page, we do have "Add Note or Gift Card Note" button, where you can type special request or instruction for us to do free of charge. All Irina's Jewelry pieces are packed in luxury microfiber pouched bag with our logo.

We recommend storing and transporting your jewellery in the cotton pouch or box provided, to avoid tangled chains or pieces knocking against each other. Avoid dropping your jewellery onto hard surfaces as the impact can weaken or break the piece.

Most of our jewellery are tarnish free but we recommend to take care of your pieces so it will last longer. It’s best to keep your jewellery in a cool and dry place and remove before sleeping, showering or exercising. Sprays and creams including soap, perfume, moisturiser and suncream can cause damage to some pieces and metal components, so it is best to remove your jewellery before using any of these products.

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. International delivery times vary Europe is generally 3-5 working days and the rest of the world within 6-7 days, (subject to customs & duty procedures beyond our control). If you need a delivery be a certain date, for example for a birthday present, please contact us to let us know and we will endeavor to accommodate this.

Tracked shipping on orders to UK addresses is £3.69. We use Royal Mail's Signed For service unless requested otherwise. A signature is required on delivery. We can provide next day delivery at an additioan cost. For shipping outside the UK costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and select your country.

Orders to most all destinations are sent within 1-2 days. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be dispatched on Monday morning.
